Refunds Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after one of the following:

  • Receipt of your returned item(s) at our warehouse
  • Confirmation of your cancellation request before the item is dispatched
Refund Methods:
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. The refund will be credited to your account on the same day, though it may take a little longer.
  • For COD orders, we’ll send you a link to provide your preferred bank account details. Once received, the refund will be credited to your account on the same day, though it may take a little longer.
Returns

You can return items within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, so we can resolve the issue.

Return Request:

To initiate a return, you can send your request through our Support page or email us at info@zosma.in within 15 days of delivery. Make sure to include your order number and the reason for return.

Return Guidelines:
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags, receipt, and in its original packaging.
  • After your return request, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Pickup will be attempted three times after delivery. If the pickup is unsuccessful, you’ll need to send the product to the address provided below and send us the return shipping receipt.
  • For the reverse pickup, please take a photo of the delivery agent’s device showing the product details to ensure a smooth return process.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please note that cancellations must apply to the entire order, as partial cancellations are not accepted. A full refund will be processed after cancellation.

Cancellation Request:

Exchanges

The quickest way to request an exchange is by visiting your “Order History” page or sending your request via our Support page or by emailing info@zosma.in. Note that exchanges can be requested twice for the same product.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, credit card, or wallet).
  • Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or defective product replacements.
  • If the desired product is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival).
  • Items returned without original packaging and tags.
  • Customized, final sale, or discounted items.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or refund after verification.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
